Invoices can be printed or export to new workbooks and XML files for further analysis, processing or integration. Product inventory stock levels are automatically adjusted as new invoices are created and existing invoice orders are modified. The sales reporting between two dates analyzes product and customer profitability and performance with ranking options and breakdowns for revenue, shipping and sales tax. Detailed analysis by customer and product is enabled through snapshot reporting options.
